The spacious suite was a haven of comfort, with lovely decorations that added a touch of charm. the location by Old Sacramento was perfect for exploring the city's historic charm. the breakfast buffet was a delicious start to each day, offering a wide variety of options. Even though the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the professionalism of the manager, Neville, was exemplary. Despite being woken up by hammering, Neville ensured that we were compensated for the inconvenience, showcasing top-notch customer service. The view from the room at night was simply breathtaking, and the color scheme and furniture added a touch of elegance. the pool and hot tub were a relaxing retreat, surrounded by super nice and friendly guests. Overall, Embassy Suites By Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade offers a blend of comfort and convenience. From the delicious breakfast to the welcoming staff, this hotel stands out for its exceptional service and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience riverside charm and downtown Sacramento access.
